The State of Maryland Legislature has passed a resolution to increase the limits of liability for bodily injury from 20/40 to 30/60 which will cause premiums to increase as well. Drivers who carry minimum limits of liability on their auto insurance policies will see an increase and their premiums go up later this year. More will follow later.
